A new research & development block with the latest amenities ensures the continuous improvement of products in terms of freshness, shelf life, quality, transport logistics, refrigeration etc. to name a few. The main block comprises of three levels housing multiple specialized areas including but not limited to boiler rooms, fuel storage, compressor rooms, refrigeration system pump areas, cold stores, material storage & offices.

In line with HH Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s vision to monitor national reserves, invest in food technologies & forge international partnerships while improving food and water security within the county, a new Effluent treatment plant is a part of the expansion. With sustainable manufacturing ethics in mind, the new Effluent Treatment Plant aims at a sustainable future while incorporating controlled pH within the waste fluid emissions, advanced mechanical screens for larger solids screening, flow proportional dosing system to compensate for flow cycling, and tactical positioning of chemical injection points.

The expansion now helps realize the client’s goals to achieve fully Integrated Distribution Solutions with a core focus on sales, distribution, logistics, processing and marketing of food products. With the lessons learnt from the pandemic driving the dynamics for most industries in the decades to come, the expansion of the Farm Fresh Facility ensures future readiness for a thriving fresh food manufacturing & processing giant who has evolved in line with the regions ever changing consumer demographic.
